If we do not receive an RSVP from you by the deadline, you will regrettably be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Highland Manor. The ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be held inside.
We wanna see you dress to impress! We kindly request that guests wear semi-formal attire. No whites or shades of blue please.
Gentlemen: Dark suits with a shirt and tie.
Ladies: Floor length gowns, cocktail dresses, pantsuit, or dressy separates.
We love each and every one of your children; however, we are having an adult-only event and encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night! We appreciate your understanding and support of our wishes on this matter. Additionally, we are only able to accommodate the guests whose names are included on your invitation.
We ask that you arrive to the ceremony 15 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish. There is no assigned seating for the ceremony.
There is onsite parking at The Highland Manor, along with additional parking available at the Hilton Inn next door.
Our day is being coordinated on a precise schedule, therefore we are unable to push back any start times. If you happen to be running late, you will regrettably not be able to join the ceremony. This avoids distractions for not only the other guests but also the bride and groom. As soon as the ceremony is finished, you will be directed to join cocktail hour!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony with a brief social media minute for our guests. Afterwards, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well- meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you would like! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them.
There will be a bar, however drinks will be on you. We've worked very hard on creating this event and want it to be a night to remember for everyone!
Of course! There will also be an additional assortment of desserts for guests to enjoy!
Everyone's friendliest and funnest prescence is encouraged and appreciated, we can't wait to celebrate with you in your best light. Anyone not capable of holding the same enthusiasm and maintaining the ambiance will be removed.
